How often will my social media strategy be reviewed?

We review your strategy every quarter on purpose. That gives your content enough room to breathe, perform, and bring in data we can thoroughly analyse. We’re not here to change course with every algorithm tweak. We do this in line with your financial quarter so that it makes sense for your business.

How long does it take to see results from Pulse’s services?

Depends on the project and your input. We don’t do overnight miracles, but we do build momentum fast. The clearer your goals and the stronger the collaboration, the quicker we build momentum.

How do content shoots work with Pulse?

They’re planned with purpose. Once your content plan’s approved, we’ll create moodboards and a detailed shoot plan tailored to your goals you’ll get it a week in advance to review. Then we shoot exactly what we need.

Does Pulse provide monthly reports or updates?

Yes and not just a bunch of stats. You’ll get a clear report, plus a straight-talking action plan on what we’re doing next and why. Data’s only useful if it drives smart moves.

Can I be involved in the content approval process?

100%. Every piece of content gets your sign-off. We care that it looks good but more than that, it needs to sound like you, reflect your brand, and be technically spot-on.

What platforms do you manage?

Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. We don’t waste time managing every single platform we work with you to decipher what platforms your audience is on.

Can Pulse design and write newsletters for my business?

Yes, but only if it makes sense. Newsletters are a high-impact add-on we offer to clients who’ve nailed their strategy and want to deepen their audience connection. We handle both design and copy.

Can Pulse support me if I’ve recently rebranded?

Of course. In fact, that’s one of the best times to bring us in. A rebrand’s only as strong as the strategy behind it and we make sure your content, messaging, and socials actually match the brand you’ve just invested in.

What level of communication can I expect?

Whatever the project demands. Weekly check-ins are standard, but if we’re mid-campaign or launching something big, you’ll hear from us more. What you won’t get? Radio silence.
